Your Training Requirements Survey

Following our announcement regarding free technical training for furloughed apprentices and employees, we have put together a package of courses which will help bridge the skills gap, increase R&D and help support the post Covid-19 recovery.

Technical Partners Bauromat, Guhring, ETG, Hexagon MI and Ceratizit WNT, BDO, FBC Manby Bowdler and In-Comm Training have agreed to host interactive sessions completely free of charge for TMG Members. The idea is to give a taste of other skill bases that could benefit your manufacturing processes, upskill your know-how, or even allow you to consider the benefits of apprenticeships.

From 1st July the flexible furlough scheme will come into force, enabling employers to bring back employees furloughed on or before 10 June, on a part time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for employers to consider how they might utilise the offer of free training from TMG to upskill their employees and apprentices.
