Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Training & Manufacturing Group will be held at the premises of In-Comm Training & Business Services, Vigo Place, Aldridge, WS9 8UG, on Thursday 17 February 2022 at 11.00 a.m. to transact the under noted business.

5. To appoint Nicholas Simkins FCA as Independent Examiner of the Association until conclusion of the next general meeting of the association at which the accounts are laid before the members and to authorise the Committee to determine his remuneration.
